im buying a new comp, and im planning on this:

INTEL pentium D805
Asus P5ND2-SLI
OCZ EL 512MB PC5400 X2
Ge-Force 7900GT

now, I have some questions:

is the CPU good for OC? (with a TT BT)
is the MOBO good for everyday use?
is the MOBO good for OC?
is the memory good for OC?
710$ for the whole ting - is it a good price?
can I get a better system for that price? (only from tiger direct (http://www.tigerdirect.com))

what do you have now? Would you be willing to wait? some say conroe will be out early, around june/july. I would recommend waiting a while if you can.

The 805 so far has been a great buy for alot of people and is a great casual overclocker(good air and water)

Id skip the SLI board unless you simply want to run benches with 2 cards, and get the P5WD2 E Premium, hopefully it will work with the Conroe chip when its released, so when that happens all you need to do to have an even faster system is to just buy the new chip. But word is sometime this month the 9XX series CPU's will be dropping in price by 17-50% so maybe you can wait till then and grab a 920. All in all it kinda depends on what you plan to do with the system, if you plan to overclock alot then the P5WD2 E is the way to go.
