They are 775.
QDZA ES A4 = Extreme Edition Xeon 3.73ghz 1066bus (http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=83941)
QGJB ES A4 = Pentium D920 or? Has unlocked multi's but its throttling so its running @ 1.8(heat spreader has a ding in it so Ill lap it tonight) But its running with a 533bus and has multi's from 14-21.

well Ive tried to trace the codes but Ive found nothing. A few people on another site had some suggestions but nothing for sure, someone said something about a new Xeon coming out and it might be them. I guess I have another question, what other intel CPU is pinless like the 775?

Dempsey and Woodcrest are LGA771, looks very similar to LGA775.
How old are the chips?

have many similarities with a P4 600-series CPU I have. I would guess 660 or 670.
The first one looks really strange. Plant "I", never heard of it. It's newer than the one above. (2005, week 12 versus 2004 week 49

QGJB ES A4 - Presler, I think a 950ES
QDZA ES A4 - definately a Prescott

Good, so I shouldnt have a problem poppign them in and seeing what they actualy are. I just wasnt sure if they would work in my P5WD2 E so I didnt want to try before I had some kinda info on them. Thanks again guys. You know your stuff. :woot:

I could be wrong, but I believe the "I" is for Ireland.

Figured out what they are. But check out the XEON, whats up with that? Socket 604? I tested both these on my P5WD2 E.
Im not sure what voltage's each is supposed to use, so Im going do some searching but feel free to give me whatever info you guys have. Voltage's and what nots. Ive got to lap the PD's IHS.

Update CPU-Z to v 1.33 here (http://www.cpuid.com) and try again. That 3.73 chip definately is wrong, should have 2MB of L2 cache if so...

I did download the updated version. If you look up in the right hand corner of the validation it says 1.33(which I had to download to get the validation).
Also on the PD920, for some reason it is only running 533bus @ 1.8ghz, and the temps are reading -99c right now, they were 75c but I did some prime95 and never got throttling on throttle watch, so Im guessing the board is reading the CPU wrong, maybe the CPU is toast, or something. Im going to try and bump it up to 200, and see what happens. I did lap the IHS, and the temps didnt change a bit.
