Best S478 mobo for under $70 fast please!

My friend needs a mobo for his celeron D and he will not spend more than 70$ for one. So I remember reading something about the p4p800delux or whatever and it's more than 100$
so I need you guys help! please help me find a good overclocking s478 mobo!

I think P4P800-se isn't bad for the money, I have one 2. Whit a Vdrop mod it's nice and stable.

It's not the best OC, but for the money it's fine.
(I didn't want a more expensive board cause yonah was comming)
