That is nice, and I read reviews that had this board as an average overclocker.

I was interested in the ASUS P5N32-SLI Deluxe because it is a true 16 x 2 SLi board.

Anyone else had good luck overclocking the ASUS P5N32-SLI Deluxe motherboard?

I was thinking about the ASUS P5N32-SLI, a 940 or 920 and some Mushkin Extreme 2GB (does 3-3-3-10)

What blocks are you using on the chipsets and mosfets?

custom may block, some pics

Thanks for the pictures!

The maximum that my board is stable is 253FSB x15multiplier.
Everyone always says watercooling the chipsets is waste, but if you're able to get that high is most likely a result of it. Your tubing looks very small in diameter, not sure i could pull that off with 1/2"

I didn't see the block for the Mosfets, I noticed that you still had your passive heatsink/pipes still hooked up, did you just cut the heatpipes off elsewhere or something?

hi
the passive heatsink/pipes is setup with waterblock both together as one block
temp at full loard is 17.5c. on the chipset the waterblock its 3/4 tubing just about 4.5" long, then it to a 5/8 tubing pump. The Temp on its also 17.5c at full load.
PS temp at full load 34.5c about 295w from a 650w .

the complete system very stable. My OC its now at 4.5ghz vcore 1.48v fsb 1125 / 281.2
the vapochill ls at full load -37.5c.

also a good PS 650w or more will keep the Very Stable..anything lower then 650w the will become unstable

I recently got a P5N32-SLI Deluxe to use with my D830. Im not 'extreme" by anymeans ( 3.8~ on air). The motherboard for some reason does not like to hold the BIOS settings at times. And, although I'm perfectly stable, after most voluntary shut downs or reboots I have to log in through setup ...sometimes resetting to the OC, or just needing to run through setup with nothing changed. Seems odd to me.

The other thing I noticed, with 1.4V Vcore, I tend to droop down to mid 1.3's very often, and some high 1.2's sometimes. I use a Antec Trupower 550W with 1 optical drive, 2 HDD and 2 7800GTX in SLI, some overload perhaps? +3.3 = 3.26 , +5=5.08, +12=12.08 as recorded by PC probe.

How much Vcore can the 830's handle on air? Currently, I'm 52C~ under full load.

I would say its quite possible its an overload, someone with more expertise than me speak about this though.

dude get 680w ps and and then you OC and be stable. And the reset of bios is low PS, this require you to us a 650ps and above " NO less"
