I'm making a cap in cap evap using a Maze 4 gpu block base. I'm wanting to know if the caps in the pic are ok for this; they are 1/2"-3/4"-1"- and 1 1/4". I was thinking about leaving out the 3/4" because there is only about 1/8" clearance all around between one size and the next.
My next concern is too much or too little restriction. I plan to braze the caps to the ridges on the base, as you can see there is a cutout area on each side of the block, this area measures 3mm deep and 9mm across. I had thought about brazing one side of each cap (alternating sides with each cap) to restrict the flow a little. Do you think that is a good idea, or should I leave both sides open?
BTW: the cap tube will feed through the center into the smallest cap, suction in the top of the outside cap. Any advice or suggestions will be appreciated. :)
