How to tell FPS? (Oblivian)

Hey everyone, Iam wondering how you tell the fps of a game you are playing. Iam playing oblivian and need to use 1600x900 (funky monitor). So I need to tweak it a bit. It ran ok without the card o/ced but I need to know the fps. Does anyone know how to show it? Thanks!

NM, Iam using an app called FRAPS

To check your FPS:

1. Press ` (the tilde key)
2. Type tdt
3. Press ` again

Your FPS will be in the upper right corner with some other debug stuff.
