Hi,

I'm thinking of getting the above thermocouple reader... is it any good? How accurate is it? What can't I measure with it? Also, what should I get along with it?

(sorry for being such a noob)

Anyone? Can someone at least tell me what probes I need (what type)? I want to measure to around -50, and then to +100 accurately.

Don't know if this particular thermometer fits for the job, but K-type thermocouples are the probes you are lookin for.
