I was thinking of buying that HSF. I found this one thread on the net that said if you install ramsinks on the base of the HS, just above the heat pipes you should reduce your temps buy 5C or more. But you need to arrange them where you completely cover the base here is 2 of his blurred photos these are the best ones.

that is a beast. However, still try that mod and see if temps decrease further.

It'll propably give quite a few degrees, if you mount those profiles also, since you will remove more of the heat from close to the CPU, and then the HP's don't have to work so hard.
I would think, that a couple of Zalman NB47J would do miracles.
