So I was installing my new Tuniq Tower heatsink tonight, finally I was able to take a look at the numbers on the CPU. I've got this:

Mine does 3.5 all day long @ 1.58v under my ss one person I know has the same stepping and had his up to 3.75 under ss they are not supposed to be cold bugged and maybe this weekend I will test mine under my cascade :)
