the ultra-d is the non-sli, but can be modded to one. It also requires purchasing a sli-bridge.
the second link, comes with the sli bridge and is sli ready out of the box.

That and a bunch of extra accessoires and 4 more SATA ports afaik.
There's also the SLI-D, which is just like the Ultra-D with SLI + bridge out of the box. Link here (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813136158).

If I dont really care about SLI that much should I just get the first one thats cheaper?

then go with the first one. hopefully, you get an AD0 revision.

Right. If you want to keep yourself kinda backdoor for a possible SLI setup in future, SLI-D would be your pick. Otherwide, Ultra-D will do.
