hey i jsut want to know...about this burn-in thing..... is the burn-in at sissoft sandra enough? if not which s/w should i use? for how long? also should i do the burn-in at stock speed or lower speed than my stock 2400+? wat components should i burn-in?also how do exactly flash a bios for epox 8rda? my cooling is Koolance p-602, i have 2*512 corsair XMS3200C2 and my mobo is rev 1.1

I've always wondered if Sandra's burn in was enough also. I never could get Prime95 to run long enough to be worth while. It'd either hard lock the computer or get a wrong rounding.
