I wonder if the engineers at swiftech actually tried their product before selling it (or maybe i'm just doing it wrong)?! After check the location of the barb i noticed i have to put the mem hs on first. what i didn't realize is after installing the waterblock, the hs is blocking the tube from fitting on the barb! the hs is very nice, but not if it's too tall for the tube to fit on!? is it me or did they overlook something?

There should be instructions on how to trim the MC14 ramsinks in your MCW60 package.

You need shorter ramsinks

Or none at all, ramsinks did squat for my memory

You can bend the pins of the ramsinks easily and after that you will fit the tube on the fitting.

A little bit off topic but will I have the same problem with the same MC14 Ramsinks and a Maze4GPU STANDARD profile waterblock ?

Yer supposed to shave the top of the offending sinks off to make the tubes fit :)

Or cut them with some pliers/wire cutters... copper 's soft

Just dremel round the sink so it clears the barbs :) it fits with a maze4 lp and that swiffy seems taller so it should be fine.

no trimming at all needed with my MCW55 and Swifty ramsinks...

Thats funny... mine came with instructions to cut the h/s if using 1/2" barb.
