hey guys, I have been trying to find out where I would mount a BIP 2 if i bought a CM Stacker, either the old skool version or the 810.
Can you guys with this setup or ideas please post them?
I have three ideas so far:
1. Mount half of the rad onto the the back of the case onto a 120mm fan at the back of either an 810 or STC-T01-UWK
2. Somehow mount the rad to the bottom vent if this is possible?
3. Somehow mount the rad to the front drive bay area if it possible.
I do not have any of these products at hand so I thought it was best to ask before I buy.

Oh and also which case would you prefer for watercooling, the STC-T01 or the 810, or any other case.
Why?
Thanks
-Ray

1. easyer with 810 probably... im not a big fan of setups you cant just pull right out of the case without dismantling, myself.
2. possible with STC, DangerDen makes a 15$ shroud for this.
3. easy in both with a pump anti-vibration mounting kit - one of those sets of those weird screws with the rubber bit in the middle. or some heavy-duty velcro, apprently.

So im kinda leaning toward the STC because it has 2 places to mount the PS
Does anyone have a picture or has anyone tried this? http://www.dangerdenstore.com/product.php?productid=211&cat=0&page=1
creidiki, how did you mount your rad with those rubber type screws?
Do they screw into the holes that mount the cd-rom drives?

Naw, you screw them into the rad, slide them into the holes in the 5.25 bays (which are bigger) and fix em with the bolt that comes with them... you can kinda see it in one of the pics here (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=92628)... i can try to take a better one if you want, but im not pulling the front grills off :)

Ok i think i understand those anti-vibe things now.
thanks man!
I think that I am more apt to buying the danger den shroud/mount thing for a BIP 2. I just cant see what it looks like though :(

I like that!
What did you mount it with?
Is it custom?

Yes, it's aluminium, about 3mm thick. :)

creidiki, how many of those anti-vibe screws do you use for your rad?
Im thinking of getting the STC because: I hope I can use the dangerden mounting shroud, or use those screws you suggested.
Im thinking of getting the 810 because: I think I can attach the rad to one of the fans and have the other half just hang over the second fan in the back
