Thanks everybody the next year will be interesting.:banana: :banana:
For my self i will be buying my first house and my parents will be paying the closing cost for my b-day.
The expected colse date is March 30th, so i will start moving in on the 1st of April.
I will also be getting married in December of this year, so this year is sure to be interesting.

Just a little heads up, my production will fall after April 1st when i move into my house. I will no longer have my parents to pay my electricity bill and i will have ALOT more bills to pay, so probably 1/2 of my farm will be taking a break. I will not be selling them just giving them a rest till i see how the financial situation works out. I will not be spending all of my money on my new house, but I will not have the money to pay +$200 electricity bills.

:toast: :toast: Here is to the team, keep the productino up and i will do everything i can do to keep the production up. I will prpbably try to disperse my 3 DX's to my friends or family and get them to run them.
