Cheap video card with dvi output

I am looking for a cheap video card with dvi output to use at some nice resolutions on my HDTV. Also possibly if a cheap video card with component vidoe or HDMI. I would prefer a fanless card. I think the resolution I would need is a 1,920x1,080.

My old Nvidia 5200 had a DVI out. It was only one but for what you seem to need it for it should work fine. It had no fan on it and never got very hot. This card is not too great for gaming but it cab provide you with the high resolutions you said you wanted.

There is no video card with HDMI yet, but a couple are planned.
