I have decided to check how are the jest of my Storm and tried to open it, but one of the 4 screws is with faulty bolt. The screw is turned freely and the bolt is staying in one and the same position. I've removed 3 bolts, but I can not do it with the last one. Can somebody tell me how to unscrew this bolt and replace it later with new one.
Thank you in advance.

I have the storm block, and I never had any problem with a faulty bolt. Which bolt is it, cause I have heard that it's always just one bolt :( You may have to get a hack saw and cut through it. There not that thick, but you have to be careful.

sounds like u got a stripped screw. If its spinning in place, you can grab a pair of pliers and pull it out.. HOPEFULLY its just the screw that is stripped and not the baseplate.
If its the screw, just go to home depot and get a new one. just try to make sure its a high grade steel screw, and not a crappy unhardened one.
If its the baseplate, contact Swiftech. Hopefully they will be kind enough to send you out a new baseplate free of charge.

sounds to me like the bolt broke go to home depot and get a left had drill bit or a screw extractor set even if the base plate is stripped u can always tap it up one size or put a small helli-coil in there nothing big in anyevent...
