Hey thanks guys I really appreciate the warm welcome, I'm going to play with my oc settings tonight, and see if I can get it stable at 3.2+ ghz. I'm gonna try to run my pc 24/7 as well, but I've never really done that (don't like leaving it on when I leave the house....afraid bad things will happen lol) but I've run it for 10-14 straight hrs before so leaving it on shouldn't be a prob.

Yeah I'm trying to get my other spare parts together and getting some more ready to roll...I was going to install it on my mom's compy today....but I was in the middle of setting it up and she came home and got all pissy saying Its insecure and that it'll allow hackers get into her tax info....lmao...oh wel...I'll just get it doing when she's not home..haha

Also, Jarrod1937 (one of my good friends that lives down the street from me) has a render farm (for rendering 3dsmax) of like 7+ pentium 2's and 3's and a a64@2700.

I'm really hoping to help as much as possible...I love competition! :)

No sneak attack, just gotta get the DIMES train rollin faster. IF we could get everyone on XSTM to run DIMES it would be great. A few already do (B2B, dragonotra, and a few others I'm sure).

ya setting up dimes tonight for sure, im doing some tweaking to my rig to get it at its best 24/7 stable, trying to manage 3.2+....but this isn't the best ocing opty...on water it would only muster about 2.9 and this is on phase....Once I get it stable and am satisfied im gonna run my rig 24/7 w/rosetta and dimes. plus more to come ;)

Yeah, It would be awesome if we could get us all running DIMES. As noted earlier a few of us already run DIMES, myself included, and I think we should push DIMES membership beyond XSTM and try to get everyone in R@H involved in DIMES as well.

Fhqwhgads6680, as far as running R@H on the parents comp, be sure they are cool with it, but you can tell them that if they use IE or Firefox, the BOINC client is no more dangerous than that. In fact its safer. POint them to the BOINC and R@H websites and ask them to spend 15 minutes to see what the project does, to see that its far more than just "getting points" or whatever they may think now. Also, YGPM. :)

Not likely but this P4 service install has me at wits end with this project. So it might just save you guys :) Starting to rethink my decision to quit d2ol. This never happened with d2ol .... infact they are the very same machines that were stable for almost a year.
