Hiya pals,
I have just had one of those moments when I find something, and absolutely have to get it... then I look at the specs and find a flaw...
Alright, this is what I'm talking about:
http://www.chieftec.de/?page=products_big&id=83&k_id=2&language=uk
I mean, lots of room, easily removable mobo tray, and 4 fans BUT they're 92mm and that is the problem... now, could I take a hole saw and cut out 4x 120 or 3x120? I NEED this for rad placement... (and the case isn't exactly cheap, it costs around 700USD here)
Any opinions?

Maybe I could pull it off:

Now does anyone know, will I be able to fit a BIX2 with 120x120x38 fans there? (width is the question)

Damn that rad is big  If it performs all right I suppose you could go with that instead of the BIX2.

Custom paintjob is a must, it got some big surfaces.
other than that I can't really find anything to mod, the case got some good airflow, perhaps a window?

I want to mod it to 120mm fans... can I do this? Perhaps 3x120 at the back?

If you can cut the holes, don't see any reason not to, and that would be alot of air moving.

Ya I think it'll work too, 3x 92 gives you 366mm of space. The only disadvantage is that you won't be able to use those easy access fan holders.

either drill screw holes, or zip ties, GLUE!........just a few suggestions.

I think I'm going to end up getting this case... I'll mod the back for my rad, have all the WC in the left (HDD) side, and just have the block comming out at the bottom...
Not going to get it any time soon though, as I just spent money on Raptors, so I'm a little broke ATM.

Wow... And to say that some people's whole rig costs as much as your case alone :slapass: . Good luck with modding, wouldn't want to mess up something that costs that much

i would love to be able to get one of the chieftec bravo cases.
i have right now a chenming 901a watercooled.i had emailed chieftec about a reseller in canada for that case.a reply told me they had no resellers for canada as of yet.but she offered to sell me a case right from taiwan.
$58 for the case $235 shipping:eek: and a $35 bank charge.so needless to say $328 us dollars was a little steep

You could get 2 mountain mod cases for that price, then stick them together. that would be huge.
