Painting a custom enclosure.

I just built a custom water cooling loop box to mount on the Bottom of my Lian Li 65. I want to paint it (black) to match the case but don't want to pay to have it professionally done. I move the rig around alot so it needs to be durable. No spray paint! What are my best options?

O.K., I'll check some local shops and see what they can do. Only problem may be getting Dad to pay for it.
