SLI overclocking questions

I had pretty decent overclocking results on my 7800gtx 512. Now I am in the process of getting the cpu overclocked before moving on to OC the sli set up.

Is it the same as 1 card... or do you have to adjust both cards, using different programs etc?

Because I overclocked, the way I overclocked my asus (although the msi is in slot 1)... it took no problem, but my benchmarks dropped HUGE from non overclock results!

Stock sli were

3d mark 03 33017
05 13318
06 8527

Once I overclocked cpu (2860mhz), then video card: (625/1901mhz) my 05 score was 9000!?

lol

I also expected some artificats etc because of how hard I pushed the card, but it ram smooth....

so I am missing something, as usual. Using stock latest driver 81.98
