Just installed... communication deferred?

Is this the error in the 'Setting up Rosetta@home' thread?
**NOTE: When you install it may take time to download workunits if the servers are busy. I suggest setting your buffer to at minimum 0.5 days of work.. mine are currently set at 1.1 days but that may increase after more testing and depending on the servers.

Also where do I set that buffer?


I looked at my messages and got:
'Not sending work - last RPC too recent: 65sec'
'No work from project'

Sorry if these are dumb questions... :(

Set the buffer at 1 will be fine.

Just leave it running for a while and it will sort itself out.
Sometimes the servers are slow and it takes a while for work to download etc.

you set it on the rosetta webpage.
Dont worry, it will take a while to dload wus for the first time.
Easiest way to get to the preserences is: Click on projects in the boinc manager, select rosetta and then click on your preferences on the left side. You have to enter your email and pw to change anything.
