in simple, easy to understand terms, step 1 do this, step 2 do that, step 3 do... blah, blah, blah how the hell to condensate proof a mobo for use with a prommie. if you have links, in addition to 1,2,3, etc., that'd help, too. i'm getting jealous of some of these benchmarks i'm seeing! it is time to take that NF2 Ultra Infinity out of there and put in an A64 kit.

i know there a few here i can turn to, for help with specific problems, if i run into any. if i need to i'll contact them.

First off throw the manual away. It sucks and doesnt work to well their way IMO. What you need to do is buy a Tube of dielectic grease then map out the area that the a64 mounting kit will rest over. Completely paint the mobo In that area, then cram the socket with grease intall cpu then remove repeat 3 times. Next you will need some adhesive backed armacell. cut it to fit for inside the back plate and do the same for the front plate. The back plate will only need 1 layer the frontplate about 3. Once i have done that i trim it for the IHS openeing and check the fit against the cpu and mobo. If it bulges out at all you will need to trim it more as it wont make good contact with the IHS.
Then after that apply one layer to the topside of the front a64 plate. once again trim it for the IHS area. You will not need the heaters if you do it this way so toss those in a box for storage. Now coat edges of the cpu where the pcb of the cpu and socket show with dielectic grease. Install adapter plates using the sealstring and then install the head using the sealstring. I sometime have to remount the adapter plates and trim them better up to 3 times to get good contact. If the top plate bulges outwards at all its safe to guess contact will be poor so use that as a guide. once your absolutely sure of good contact install the head. After the first week of use i like to remove everything again and inspect for condensation. give attention to areas that appear to be building up and if there are none reinstall one last time and you will have a 24/7 phase rig. These are the steps required for uing a mach 1/2 for 24/7 use as the evaporator is terrible and is very hard to insulate properly.
