Which is better - Higher Multi or a Higher HTT?

Which do you think is better for my system - 310 x 9 @ 2790 or 280 x 10 @ 2800 ?

In SiSiftSandra my my CPU benchmarks are slightly better with the 280x10 and with the 310x9 my Memory benchmarks are slightly higher as you would expect.

Which do you think is better to leave my system set as I can't seem to get any more of an overclock out of it so its probably best setting it to the one that is going to give the best results.

Any thoughts?

I think that there will be no major difference between 310x9 and 280x10.
+-5% in either way. Depends on benchmark.
