low 3dmark01 & 05 points. p4 650 @ 4.5 too slow for x1900xtx?

i think that my points in 3dmark 01 and 05 are too low.

in "benchmark-mode" my 650 run at 4.5xx mhz and the x1900xtx with 720/870

my points

2001: 33167
2003: 21474
2005: 11019
2006: 5979

need i a new powerful cpu or what is wrong with my system?

you need to optimize graphic quality=> speed, did you do it?
also this proc. isn't very good for 3D benches...

yes. i have set all @ speed/performance.

I'm getting 11000 3dmarks 05 with my 920@4.31ghz and a X1900XT @ defaults (625/725), so i guess that your cpu is a bit of a bottleneck.
