Is there a beta version of the 6.3 ATI driver out there for my x1900XTX??
I see people here saying they are running it... but can't find it :(
Help?
The ATI Catalyst 6.3 will be release today on 01:00.

Yep... but I'm not at home... so there is no point. By the time I get off work ATI should have it on their site at which time I can try it out.
From everything I've heard the x1900 cards should get a real kick in the pants with these drivers!

Indeed...6.3s and 6.4s are the ones ATI has been waiting to combat the 7900GT/X with :)

are you guys using driver cleaner to uinstall old drivers before installing these? Im just wondering if its about the same as using add/remove programs/device manager to uinstall. Im excited to do some benching with them, still have a goal of 14k with air.

The drivers don't seem to be giving the performance boost that everyone was hoping for :( I thought that was supposed to be with these drivers?!?!? So now we wait for 6.4 :(

3DMark05: Pixel Shader test runs as much as 1-2% faster, primarily when Anisotropic Filtering is enabled
Doesn't look like it's going to do much of anything with 05 ran at stock.

I picked up ~200 points in 05  Got me up to 12632
I ran it right before I put in the driver... and right after... 03 and 06 were very similar in score to the 6.2 driver.
