Best Steppings For the OPTY?

I found a store in midtown NYC where the guy will let me check out the steppings before I purchase a OPTY 170, it comes with a price premium but for my goal of 3GHZ, its well worth it.

Im asking for your expertise guys, im trying to compile a list of a best known steppings, this is what I have so far from best to worst.

several people are telling me that the 0550s are considered DEAD in the market and even if they were to be found, its on ebay and overseas

Not true really, there are plenty of us westerners with 0550s. What steppings does this store carry?
