Just got a x2 4600 CDBHE 0532 RPMW batch # 0680. Fingers crossed that this is going to kick under phase and I can (eventually) run my 3800 in my WC rig.

No idea how this will turn out, although Major had a good CDBHE. Obviously OcUK don't shift that many, judging by the week - I was expecting/hoping for a recent LDBHE.

I'll prolly try it on air in my back-from-RMA AB0 Expert first before it goes under the cold in my AA0 Expert. Unless someone wants to persuade me to just go for it....

Ugh, gotta split for work now, have to pay for it somehow. :)

Meh, well, it's nothing to write home about. Priming 250x11 @ 1.47v at the moment, the mobo says 47C so I can add a bit more to that, it being an Expert. Like the funky heatpipe stock HSF tho.

What is interesting is the difference between Expert revisions. The AA0 seemed to run cooler on the bench; PWMIC never got above the high 40s. This AB0 is cooking; PWMIC is running at 66C. What's all that about?

Also for some reason the Ballistix seem to like 250 HTT better than 235 HTT. Certainly the system is much more stable on an 11 multiplier than a 12; again, I find that a bit puzzling.

Phase later today, see if I can get it running like Major's 4600. All in all though, the difference between this and a LDBHE seems to be marked. Avoid CDBHE is all I can say at the moment (but OPB already said that).

Edit: w00t! Priming under the Vapo 234x12 (2808) @ 1.33v... this looks more promising. End of thread, to be continued in the x2 Overclocking section. It's a "T", BTW, whereas my 3800 in an "N".
