Need some help making Animated GIFs

Here's a starter for you.
Get this (http://www.whitsoftdev.com/unfreez/) program, it's 19.5kb Yes i said 19.5kb (packed)
Open Paint or whatever program you prefer (Ultimate Paint has a free version)
Draw a gif picture, save it (as gif of course ) draw another to follow that.
Make your own cartoon, if you like.
When you are finished, and have lets say 8 pictures, you open the program i linked, and put the gif's in, in the order you like them to be.
Set the time between the pictures, and press the big "make animated gif" button.
How easy can it be, this easy ;) :D
