I checked VNS output today and saw 15,000+ and was surprised..my machines were down for 3 hours, chew's was down for a repair and we still got 15,000+..then I looked at the listing of all reporting machines on FDC stats page..I see "the" dualDC with 3020 for today and another dual DC at 1617 for today....4637 from 2 machines..and the one with 1617 was it's first day running..lol..probably still has bugs to work out!:D

I think we have secured Lime Green Pie for a while..........................Still not enough to tangle with us ... but they are more than welcome to give it a shot :) Hopefully with a little effort we can get back to 30k a day. I have been a little busy lately ... but I made time to fire back up the horses. I got my sempron to 2.7 ghz on my Tforce BTW.

Heh movieman holding off mentioning my second X2 3800 system thats in the works? O yah be afraid be very afraid as i have a hunch this is a 3.2 gig chip :) O and to ensure its stable im using yet another sapphire pure innovation, In fact the rig is almost identical to my first monster. Lets not even go there with rig # 3 on the backburner that Will use a guaranteed 3.2 gig@ 1.5v x2 4600 from stephen. Of course that will go into play after i do some extensive testing for ATI on ahem a new mobo.

i don't think that'd be as cost-effective as several dual dualie rigs. a 4-way mobo alone costs 1k+ :)

From everything I've seen here the most cost effective setup with output in Rosetta taken into consideration is a X2 3800 or Opteron 165 runing at 2700.
Build it for say $800-$1000 and it outputs 1400-1600 a day..
It may just be the way that Rosetta was coded but that kills my xeons by a factor of 2..
Then look at the output of those systems when WC is bought into the picture and your at 1700-2000 a day...look at MikeE's or chews output..scary!

I got a better idea..what was the name of that BIG railway GUN the Germans had in WWII? Big Bertha!:D It was the biggest gun and I think FCG's dual 285 is the biggest gun we'll see on XS!:woot:
