Ahhh! Headphones are shocking my ears! Please help me!

Yeah remove the X-FI and see if the onboard sound shocks you..
if it does.. it is the headphones.. RMA them
if not.. it is the Soundcard.. toss it..

Ok, this is stupid. It turns out that is was my nylon chair. My temporary solution is draping it in a big cotton towel.

LOL I was going to say something like that. I had a simular problem with a portable tape player on the tread mill. Finaly grounded myself to the hand rail to stop it.
