Hello

I've just bought a brand new X1900XT, but i can't get any signal on my monitor.
I did connect the external powerplug for the videocard and I placed it in the blue slot. Next to the powerplug, to small diodes are emitting red light, constantly. The diodes go: T_fault and Ext_pwr.
All the fans are spinning and the green diode, on the motherboard, emits light.
Any ideas?

Help is very appreciated.

Regards
Fup

Sounds like your PSU, what are you using?

I am using a Chill-Innovation 520watt, dual 12V rails = 38A.

I dont belive that your PSU is dead because all your fans are spinning .

Is there any chances that the problem could be due to the motherboard/CPU? Maybe the bios version is too old to recognize the dual core?

EDIT: Any users with a X1800 / X1900, that is able to confirm that the to diodes, next to the external powersupply, are supposed to emit light?
