i would get the Centurion 532 and the big typhoon myself, although thats more then $135, but you couldnt get anything else with the centuion from the list because nothing else is under $35 (cept for the last thing, which i wouldnt get because i would get the typoon :p )

I checked for the Raptor HDD on CompUSA, and it's way too expensive.
The X-Fi XtremeMusic costs $130, so it's a bit over the limit.

For that money, I would probably buy some games since I dont need anything from CompUSA under $150. If you can exchange the gift card for cash, then I would update my watercooling solution.

If you can get cash out of the gift card, try adding a bit more money and buy something from a cheaper store. Get a Raptor HDD, or a X-Fi card if you play games.

If you really need a better cooling solution, I would recommend the CNPS7000B-Cu. The CNPS 9500 looks too expensive on that site.
