Anyone ever heard of these guys? Just found them in a news link today. Some pretty crazy hardware coming from them.

The link is actually quite old. And quite obviously fake, the specs alone make sure of that.

its quite fake. thier stuff is supposed to be optical based... yet they are using semi-conductor silicon, the stuff currently used for non-optical components. thier specs are crazy, some of thier awards are photoshoped pics of the oscars, they seem to be quite open (even showing a scematic) of thier one-of-a-kind technology, thier scematic actually doesn't make any sense (it all loops back on itself). with the ram, if there was no need to be refreshed then how does it retain any information since ram needs to be refreshed to actual erase all information written to it, if it doesn't need to be refreshed then no information is being written/retained...
not to mention that thier site for being the world's best technology looks like crap.

You have to like how they rate their hard drives with a maximum shock operating force of 2000 G's. It's good to know I could pick up some of this stuff while I'm buzzing around the universe in my 100% fuel efficient jet car (that oil companies hold the rights to but won't release because it would impact sales), get into a car crash with an asteroid (which I would survive thanks to the amazing new metals and technologies the car companies have been holding onto since the second world war but also won't release because then you wouldn't ever need to buy a new car), and it would still operate just fine.
