What is the best device to cool a graphics card besides vapor and water cooling.
You're probably left with passive cooling w/ heatpipes, chilling, pelt., LN2, air, and probably liquid metal.
The best way is eather watercooling or phase-change for a long lasting high performance cooling solution.
Obviously phase-change will be better than water, but water is cheaper when you're cooling several things with the same cooling system.
Why do you want another cooling solution?

about ten blocks of Dry Ice.. but more realistically.. the biggest hunk of metal you can find and a big azz fan

yeah baby. Ive always wondered what a long, two inch thick heatpipe would do, leading the heat outside and cooling it there with some fins attached and stuff|Z|^. Do you know?

not a whole lot... there is a very good reason why they are thin
