Well guys this might not be super xtreme 3D but for me its somewhat of a milestone, as I broke all of my current records that I had with my monster 2.8C and 6800GT.

My Pentium 4 3.2E SL7PN E0 @ 4246.46 MHz (265.4 * 16) 1.48vcore, P4C800-E Deluxe Vdroop + Vagp modded, mosfets sinked and fans cooling them. (http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc?id=73842)

Thanks for the help getting me there, anything you think I should tweak more to get some more out of the system? I want to break 28k on 01, my cpu is pretty maxed out, it probably has some more but I am going for a 24/7 benchmark instead of suicide runs. My cpu is prime stable and anymore takes too much vcore for so little gain. My gpu isn't maxed at all so I can clock it more. Ill update if I do. cheers:toast:

Yeah I have a 3.0c and a 6600gt and don't come close to that. Is the x850xt the best agp card right now? Don't feel like ditching my springdale board just yet. Very nice oc :)

why not try a dothan and adaptor?
with that, you can pretty much destroy the 28K mark.

x800xt pe agp is better than x850xt agp

apparently anyway, I always heard otherwise but only on pci-e apparently

I would get a dothan and try that but I just got the 3.2e for cheap on a swap and my next purchase is a whole system, just trying to do what i can with this. Is it timings that makes the x800 better than the x850xt?

It just seems to score way better in 3DMark2001 than the 850XT AGP...the 850 has a lot of complications, won't run cat 4.12 unless its bios-modded, won't accept high AGP speeds, etc.

oh hey, I just rememberd, you might be able to unlock your 3.2E to a 14 multiplier.

thats one of a very small group of CPU's that in some cases had a bug in the bios that you could exploit for lower multipliers.

Why would he do that, though - can that mobo take that high of an FSB?

14x300 isn't a big deal for the P4C800.

mine went as high as 340 with some ES chips I had way back then.
the first time I hit DDR 600 was with Geil 4200 ram, and a P4P800.

the 865 and 875 boards are pretty solid, and only get better with dividers cause the bandwidth efficiency goes up.
like I remember running 14x 300 was alot better for me, then running say 17x250, cause the bandwidth efficiency was higher at 300 with the 5:4 divider, then it was at 1:1.

Oh man.. that '01 score is abysmal. I am sure Venice @ 2.6 GHz can get > 30K just like that
