I dont get it, I boot up and it BSODs, I reboot, then I boot up with the option (Last Kown Setting that worked) and I can boot fine.

But I think it has something to do with the damn NF4 ATA drivers, but this is an SATA drive that is on slot 2, and my Raptors are on 3-4. I dont get it, what can I do? When I reboot after I install the drivers I get a BSOD.

nVidia's IDE drivers blow goats. Seriously. Even the latest.

Your SATA is not an nVidia device, but something from another maker added by the board manufacturer. Visit their website to ensure you have the latest drivers for it. Same goes for any devices NOT plugged into the mainboard's IDE.

Also, go check the Properties on your drive busses. With IDE especially, make sure that it is reporting the correct transfer mode for each device.

If you're running a DVD burner on one of the board's IDEs, do NOT share it with an ATA-5 or ATA-6 hard drive. And it should be running a good 80-way cable as well.

And as I seem to be saying here a lot, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PSU. Most Asian built supplies do *NOT* put out their rated wattage. With so many devices online trying to power up at once, some things just might not be firing correctly.
