I bought a soltech that was suppossedly suppossed to have some decent overclocking options, but it was DOA. So I RMA'd that to Newegg as a return. I ran down to the Fry's and bought this ECS mATX board, but my old 754 3200 that runns at 2.0 is doing 2.3 in it, but the board won't let me push it any higher because the max FSB to the Proc is like 232 and it under runs my mem at 192 instead of 200.

So, is there something I should call newegg up for and have them ship back out to me or sit happy with 2.3 in the Media server? Its gotta be socket s754 though.

Thanks,
KC

BioStar TForce 6100. One of the top OC'ing boards on the 754 platform.

Was hopeing for an AGP version so I can reuse all this old hardware. I'll have to keep pondering.

After thinking about it, getting a 300Mhz overclock out of a crappy mATX board isn't so bad. I guess its not like its worth getting another board any ways because its not like I can run it in dual channel. Besides, if I got a new board, i'd have to try to return this one to Fry's. That would be a disaster.
