Something has just caught my eye after playing with my new batch of ballistix. Honest to god i didn't just change the vdimm or anything for attention.... speedfan reads 2.72vdimm.. Can anyone inform me where the vdimm checkpoint is located so i can see what kind of voltage i'm working with.
BTW it's an A.D0 revision of the SLI-DR, the one w/ the screwed up boot pattern...

My AD0 Ultra-D seems to overvolt a bit on Vdimm too.. nothing too big like that though, it reads 2.66 if I set 2.6 and 2.69 if I set 2.63. No biggie
BTW in that second pic are the two middle LEDs lit up? You did try reflashing the BIOS right?
ps- Did those months of running 3.0v on your ballistix finally catch up to you?

Yup i flashed bios:( still the same... it wont go down. As for the 2nd picture, i was baffled aswell, still isn't fixed.
And as for the 3.0v, i took them down to 2.9v because my venice won't run them at 3-3-3-6 :(, so they are currently at 2.9v 300 3-3-3-8.

So currently you have it set to 2.6 but it's actually pumping out 2.76ish. What happens if set it to another value? Does the actual voltage still become -> Set voltage + 0.15v? (eg set to 2.5 becomes 2.65, set to 2.8 becomes 2.95)

Guys:stick: voltage keeps going up, just checked w/ DMM, its up to 2.79v. Still set to stock 2.6v:caution: looks like its time to RMA?

Vdimm vcore, vdd, vtt.. they are all off on every single board in existence.. this is not anything new...
If your really concerned about it do the Vdimm mod like I did and be happy.

But this is .2v off.... i mean i expect a small diffrence like .01 to .04... but this is .2v off!
Can you send me a link or pictures of your vdimm mod?
This is a A.D0 mobo and seems to clock wonderfully... don't want to RMA it :(

i thought the mod increased the vdimm over what's set in the bios?
