is it just me or is everyone seeing these image corruptions lately :confused:

I believe that is a jpg virus doing that.

guess i'll be scanning my machines...........but come to think of it one of the home ones had a clean install of XP.....anyways i'll be doing some scanning i guess 2nite
I had the same thing, even after an fresh install of XP, are you using Firefox?
edit : yes you are, that might be the problem :p

yeah i am.....:( i'll give IE a shot
it seems that only my main PC is going it now at home
i scanned for viruses with trend micro online scan and also installed CA antivirus which found just some trojan i deleted....nothing else and still getting that corruption
i'll check IE and see if it happens
looks like it's time to format the drive again :rolleyes:

looks like you are on the money sir
Firefox 1.5.0.1 seems to be the culprit
just looked at a corrupt image on firefox and IE and one was corrupt while other one rendered the image just fine =IE:toast:
