Default: tRC=19 tRFC=27 tRAS=12 tRP=7 tRCDRD=8 tRCGWR=5 tRRD=4

i was asking me that also... but the problem is if you tight your timmings your memory will clock less...

Yes, it's possible.... but one can perhaps find a compromise.
