Ran DICE on my 170 again tonight with MPS multi processor tweak for some heat! Broke through 16k with some pushing. Tried hard for 9k 3d06 but it just wasn't happening. Was half way through last test at 594 core when screen just flashed black to an error report screen :(

That's what 594 core looked like in 3d06. I wish it finished that would have been 9k :(

I didn't have time to drop a /14 divider to see if ram clocks were holding me back. Most likely. I didn't want to as 3220 with 268mhz ram is probably faster than 3350 or so max with 240mhz ram. Maybe I need a new CPU. 16k is as far as these cards are going unless I get some DIce units for the cards and my special cold bug fix BIOS works ;) Right now I can't boot with 1.4vgpu and the zalmans @ 12v. I need 1.6vgpu in 2d (1.81 3d) just to load windows with the fan on top.

Likes cold? I needed MPS multi processor tweak and 1.76v for these clocks. Maybe on a single stage this would work. Without MPS I needed 1.7v and boot 2.8ghz then run dual sp2004 to get anywhere.
Jasons pots of course.

well, it's gooed to hear that you worked around the coldbug, so you could finish the benches.
Hell of a score, but I miss a quadrifecta :D

I didn't have 3d01 installed or the installer on my USB drive ;) Plus I don't know if a 3.2ghz dual core would be enough to break the near 45k I'd need for the record.

Thanks :)
At 605/1315 with a 3ghz dual core you should have smoked 15k a while ago.
My second card is so bad. 47mhz slower than my first card. Holding me back big time :(
