Actually I need the dump of SPD of his module (512MB stick) (because by SPD they have 2,5-3-3-8 @ DDR600)!!!

Geil one S are 2,5-4-4-8 b spd....one ES are 2,5-3-3-8 by spd :)

ummm no they dont. :)

i have two sets... 4x512mb of Geil OneTCCD 'ES' and they are SPD 2.5-4-4-8.

the fact that they will done 2.5-3-3-5 DDR600 is not the point... the spd reads the same as any Geil One.

I have too but i can confirm what Targ says 2.5-4-4-8.In my sysem now new Geil PC4000(Codename Emperor IC) is much more stable than TCCD at 300Mhz

I just bought GEIL ONE-S TCCD 2x512MB, but I don't know it is ES or not,
there is sticker GOS13200DC, DDR 600 2.5-7-4-4

Any Ulta-X PC4000 with that part number will be the Emperor (unless Geil find something better :D ).

the Emperor is such and easy IC to clock. and some far they all go over DDR600 without a problem, and a few sets have hit DDR620+.

Asfor selling mine, i dont really think so... these must be in the top 50 TCCD in the world and to me thats worth ALOT.
