Check local area college for an HVAC course.

Thats the one in Ont., well one of them.
I am sure mostly every college will offer HVAC cert. courses across CAN.

Hmm. Probably won't be able to take it at a college:
General entrance requirements are an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or mature student status, plus grade 12 English and grade 12 Math. Students who hold a Gas Technician 3 certificate may only have to complete the second and third semesters of the program.
I'm only 15 years old :(

No, I'm not kidding you. I'm just about finished my first single stage (just waiting for g-froster, polyolester oil, and suction line sleeving) and being restricted to r290 and r134a is annoying.

BCIT has the basic safety course on refigerants etc. $150 for one Saturday. Not sure if there are any age restrictions at all. I will check for you as I am going to be signing up for this course soon...

Even with your hvac certification in Canada you still need to own or work for a business with hvac cert. to buy refridgerants. I have my certification and all i can buy is automotive r134a cause im a mechanic.

Yea, but you can purchase them off eBay without need of a business can't you? The only prerequisite I've seen has been that you are HVAC certified.
