whats the highest 3d05 score yet for an xt?

just wondering if an x1900xt has broken say 15k yet? I know 16k has been done by an xtx. what about the xt's I was hearing they would clock exactly the same as the xt's with the same results in benching but I haven't seen it yet. Just trying to get a straight answer on if the cards are physically different.
