Hi there. I was wondering if anyone have those CPU s. The main interest is how high have you OC ed it with water/air cooling . It would be nice if u mention what mobo and PSU did you guys use for overclocking. Thx

Pentium 4 650 + ASUS P5WD2 Premium + BOXed cooler(+120mm) + 1 BiZaZ (a friend of mine) = Pentium4 650 @ 4500MHz @ 1.6V (stable), @ 4855MHz(1.675V) (suicide shot).

P.S. If you want to buy one - don`t.
You can get
1)PreslerD920/930
2)A64 3700+ SanDiego
3)A64X2 3800+
4)Or even some Opteron 144/146/165

for the about same amount of money.

630 @ 4.31ghz

Crystalmark:

ScienceMark v2.0 32bit @4.26ghz:

Different benchmarks warrant slightly different O/C ceilings.

Biggest problem I have is passive cooling around mosfets and NB of Asus P5WD2 mobo, but don't worry me anymore - this weekend will see major overhaul of system...

My 630 on water is in my sign below. I can run 4.35ghz all day long but my psu wont take the beating. So I run 4.2 with less vcore.

not too bad considering my water rig is nearly 2years old and im running a single 120mm heatercore.

My previous 640 could run @ 4.1ghz on air using a Tt big typhoon.
