Do any of you guys know what IC's this memory has? I can't find it anywhere on Crucial's/Micron info?

The batch # of this DDR2 Ballistix is NP11111.18 and the part number is 41606

do you still have the anti-static bag? if so, it'll have crucial's model number on it, then .8FA or something like that. A = A die.. which is normally 84ball, aka fat-body. B is surprisingly B die, which is usually 60ball, skinny-body ;)

i have a suspicion you're right... though that's a really low PN.. the 512mb pc3200 ddr-1 ballistix are 47072.. try emailing crucial support.

Can you also ask your buddy at Micron if any of the current Ballistix have the Fatbody memories :)
