Help needed with creating an image

I made a special stripped version of XP for XS Diming, and was thinking about having a little OEM logo in control panel ---> system.
I want it to say something like "XS's XtremeXP for Diming" or anything else you guys can think of that is better. Of course it should have the XS logo.

Sorry! My bad. I think its 117pixels by 98 pixels. Less than 40KB bitmap format.
