Now that i got your attention anyone ever thought about it before?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Methylacetylene
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Propane
seeing as its a mix of 44%Methylacetylene 56% Propane i guess it would work. Im not going to do it just woundering if any one has ever tryed? :D

Personally, I wouldn't compress any acetylene based gas however stable they have made it. (Yes, I know it's stored at 22Bar in MAPP gas cans, but hey that's people who have done more than enough research.)

It get's you thinking though.

I think its a bit to flamable/explosive for my liking, but I geuss you could do it.

yeah the idea of all that gas is scary lol. Trust me i dont want to do it but just saw the bottle and thought that some crazy guy must have done it. but im just interested in the hole dynamics of liquid gas's.

Note Argon+r134a mix boiling at -120'c @ 300psi (ouch)
some very interesting info there i got to admit.

i've tried map gas in a small single stage a long time ago. there was absolutely no difference between it and propane, none what so ever.

and i think that berkut tried the argon+r134a myth a long time ago and prooved it to be just that: a myth.
