Since the Asus P4GD1 is so F...... hard to find, I wondered if anyone has tried the MSI 915GM/dothan combo?

How high will the MSI 915GM let you clock? How is the bios regarding oc?

You need to use an adapter to put Dothan in P4GD1, MSI 915GM is not supported for that adapter. ASUS vs MSI.

The MSI 915GM is a native socket 479 board, meaning it supports Banias, Dothan etc. without an adapter.
