Anyone thinking of buying compressors from coolfreeze, think again.

Before I bought one from them I heard stories of people getting the wrong compressors, long delays etc etc.

I though Ill give them a try anyways...

I bought a compressor, got sent the wrong model and to top it off it was faulty. I then RMA'd it on the 16th of January and havnt heard anything from them again. No reply to any emails.

£95 down the drain

Can a mod please remove them from the "online stores" sticky as they are not to be trusted

i second this i placed a order 5 weeks ago i have recieved one pack of brazing rods they have not sent the rest of my items and i have now started a small claims court procedure with them as they are refusing to refund me and keep saying week after week i will recieve my items when they get them in stock but they keep telling methey will be in stock tommorow i have kept a detailed record of all 15 emails and all 22 phone calls and times they were made and who i spoke to at cool freeze so getting my money back even if it take months shouldnt be a problem. but someone please remove them from the list they are a pain in the ass. cheers

I've ordered one thing which arrived promptly, the second thing is being a nightmare, still waiting after almost 2 months. The second thing is only £50, but £50 is money ive earned and i expect the service to be better.

Ive phoned them a few times, i keep getting the same "hmm, hasnt arrived, but it should have done, will be in soon" which is getting annoying. If they dont have an item in stock and expect long delays, there should be indicaton on the website. This is bad practice and very unprofessional.

I vote for removal from the supplier list.

he allways says they are out of stock and they are getting them in from a german supplyer lol. had the same problem took over 1 1/2months to get my order and £30 extra was taken out of my account with out them saying anything. When my stuff arived it was the compressor below the one i orderd. he originaly said to me it was sent out 2 weeks after the order then he said it was never sent out at all. The only way i got my items was when i said i had his home address and was going to collect my cash back of him rofl. I sent at least 15 emails and phoned countless times. Eventualy after i phoned and just went mad at him i got the goods the next day :D
